Longmark Heart of England Tax Conference,

On Friday 17th May, Charlotte Fleck, Associate at Pett Franklin, will be speaking at the Longmark Heart of England conference for tax planning for individuals and SMEs. 

The event will take place at the Hilton Hotel - Junction 24 M1 - and Charlotte's talk will focus on succession planning and employee incentives for family-owned companies. In particular, there will be emphasis on the challenges facing SMEs around succession planning and the practicalities of implementing incentives for key executives and all-employee share plans, together with a case study on an Employee Ownership Trust.
