Charlotte trained and qualified as a solicitor at Pett Franklin and has gained considerable experience in relation to all forms of employee share plan, from statutory all-employee plans to bespoke arrangements for key executives.
She has advised a range of clients in her time with the firm from start-ups to large listed companies and, as a result, has a broad understanding of the different commercial contexts in which share plans are implemented by employers. She has also assisted companies looking to reach a settlement with HMRC in relation to historic arrangements and is experienced in navigating the complexities that can arise.
Before converting to law, Charlotte studied Classics at the University of Edinburgh.
